ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Applicantmust be apaid up FDAWU OB memberwith no union membership subscription arrearsat the point of application, and collection of GFTH goodie bag.
• They must also fulfil the following income criteria:
  • Applicants with NO family members living in the same household: Gross Monthly Personal Income of S$2,400 and below.
  • Applicants with family members staying in the same household:
    • Gross Monthly Household Income of $3,800;OR
    • Per Capita Income of $950

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• If you are Employed: Please upload your Payslip (of any month in year 2023)
  If you are Self-Employed or a Freelancer: Please upload your IRAS Notice of Assessment for the current year or Form 144
  If you are Unemployed: Please upload your CPF contribution history for the past 3 months
• A copy of pay slip of any month in year 2023or CPF statement of all family members who are working and staying in the same household if the applicant has family members staying in the same household.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Applicants may be asked to submit other supporting documents for verification and audit purposes.

• Incomplete or late submission of the application form will not be considered.
• The decision of the Selection Committee is final.
• There is no auto-qualification of past GFTH applicants. You are still required to submit a new application with the required documents stated above if you are a past year’s applicant intending to apply for GFTH this year.
